The jewelry looked as if it needed to be cleaned. I didn't want to buy the jewelry that looked as if it needed cleaning. Employee was great and friendly.

Associate did not seem knowledgeable of merchandise, which is fine she seemed new. Everyone was just standing around not helping her until I had to ask. I opted to continue my shopping online.

I purchased a total of $100 and more in merchandise, I had a coupon that I forgot to use, so the next day I was in another area and purchased another $100 in merchandise and they said I couldn’t use it because it was out of date... too bad for me.

My actual sales associate was very pleasant and a joy to work with. The other lady in the store not so much. I’m assuming she was the manager. It was only 4 people in the store including me and she asked that we NOT look around and wait until a sales associate could help us. Later (15 minutes) a gentleman came from the back and welcomed us to look around and thanked us for our patience. He repeatedly apologize for the lack of customer service we were receiving. Not a great experience especially for my first visit to Pandora. Probably won’t ever do business with the company in the future.

Store very crowded. Not enough sales associates. Associates were rushed because of the line.

Inadequate staffing levels. What is the position of Key Holder, this individual could well have assisted customers by working the register to allow staff to focus on customers. The assistant manager could well have assisted customers, he did not.

I was turned down to use my cell phone coupon on my purchase of $145 saying the sale ended the day before. Prices are too high!
