Everything isn't out to see and prices not easily seen so have to stand there with a sales Person trying to pick out what I wanted. Don't enjoy this as feel under time pressure.

The store was unorganized as far as customers walking around and waiting in line. Some people jumped out of line to walk around and were helped before us that had been waiting. Once I stepped up to the counter to be helped the next available associate called someone else in line behind me up to the counter. The other associate did not acknowledge me for about 20 minutes and told me next time to wait in line. Finally someone came from out the back of the store and came straight to me. I was happy about the service she gave me because she knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me some other options and it didn’t take her long.

The associate was very impersonal. They called us over than started to text on her phone while asking why we came in. They then walked away to answer more text before actually helping us.

The root of all problems is management. As each sales associate completed transacting with a customer. They took a break! As the line continued to grow with shoppers (in excess of 12) the store counter was absent of 8 of the 10 sales associates. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

I waited in line for over an hour to get in the store; ridiculous! Then when I finally got in the selections of what I specifically went in for were limited or they didn’t carry at all! Did customers have to wait in line for over an hour outside the store before the pandemic? If not, how were the flow of customers handled before? This process wasted so much of my holiday shopping time!

My clasp on my bracelet have broke twice and I don't understand why I can't trade it or something. This location only replace the clasp and more need to be done to try and satisfy customers.

They only had 2 worker in the store the weekend before Mother’s Day. Manager should know how to schedule accordingly
