The wait time was too long.The sale person was not friendly at all. When it's your time the rush you to get the sale done.

The line outside the store was super long! It took over 30 minutes to retrieve my order, which is not acceptable. There needs to be sign for pick up orders only. Because waiting in line is not good .

Sales person was a little impatient with us. We purchased a bracelet with two initials. Letters flipped and looked backwards. When asked if she could put them on the other way. She basically said you do it. Not happy with her attitude.

Exchanging bracelet, did not have my size. Failed to give me my change, went back and was told it was given to me but it was not. Felt rushed

I was told they did not have Atlanta charms they were sold out. But when my friend went in store after me her salesperson sold her a Atlanta charm.

The line was ridiculous it was poor customer service. A few customers had questions but had to wait in the line for over 30 mins just to get a answer

I waited in line for 2 hours to get into the store and another 1 hour in line in the store .... I had went to the store in Kennesaw to find it was closed for the day ....so Cumberland was the next nearest absolutely ridiculous to have to stand in line for that amount of time. I would also suggest that the check out girls not have 5 inch nails trying to type and continuing to get errors .... the line for check out would have went much faster . The product great but not happy with the closed stores

I went to get the free bracelet and they said it was already expired. I was working so I didn’t get a chance to on the same day. I called them and one of the girl told me it would end on Wednesday so that why I was not satisfied.

The sales Associate was kinda dry. She didn’t put my items on a tray until I mentioned something about a tray.
