Visited from Detroit went to purchase 4 charms only one was available. Got home to show my daughter our mother/daughter charm and notice it’s 2 mother charms. They young lady places the charms on the bracelet instead of the box. Upon reading the return policy I can’t exchange because of the charms were not placed in the box

The store is nice and Clean. The associate’s are nice and knowledgeable about the products. They did not have the store packed with people and they did not take long with service. I was not happy that there were no selections of charms, inventory was not in so there were only Christmas and Disney charms. This bracelet is for my birthday and I’m happy but I need more charms.

A clasp for my fiance's charm had 'malfunctioned' - it does not stay closed anymore and she lost one of her charms. In late November we attempted to exchange the clasp(bought in February), and was told because of a sale and price difference to come back later or we would be charged more for the exchange - we were told they didn't have any clasps currently in the store and needed to order one. We returned 12/31 (after the sale) and was told that the store could not help us and to call a customer service number they wrote down on paper - this time we were told they didn't exchange clasps in the store at all...a different story than originally told. As it's New Year's Day I imagine no one will answer so I will call tomorrow. It's a shame we weren't told to call the FIRST time I tried to exchange it, it would have saved us a trip. On top of that the store was in disarray and labels and paperwork covered multiple display cases, blocking the view. While the inventory was obviously changing post Christmas, the employees seemed more interested in that work than helping. However, having my fiance with me, we STILL made a few purchases.

I went in looking for one thing in particular. Iwas encountering an issue with the charms on a bangle I'd just purchased there. I needed suggestions from a salesperson for how to eliminate my charms from moving so much. The sales associate appeared to be bothered to have to work. She wasn't polite and didn't go out of her way to explain the options to me regarding charms. Very impatient and nonchalant. She didn't even give me a bag for my purchase. This was a huge difference from my first experience in this same store. This was me second visit, and possibly my last.

EXTREMELY RUDE ASSOCIATES. NOT ONE PERSON GREETED ME! Yet everyone saw me. I should have left.

None of the rings that I came into the store to try on were in my size. This was my first time ever in a Pandora Store and I was not impressed. The associate that helped me was not attentive and did no really listen to what I asked.

The staff seemed short handed and there was an extensive wait before a staff was able to assist in my purchase.

This was my first Pandora purchase. In general, your sale associates are just unapproachable and unfriendly. This has been my reason for never shopping and probably won’t in the future. I can get better reception at Tiffany’s which sells higher quality and price products

Perimeter - didn't seem to know about products enquired about; older or new. Other outlet - receipt not to hand to recall which (visited a few). Assistant lost items to be purchased (transpired had returned them to cupboard) informed colleague to check cctv implying I'd stolen them! Not all items required in stock, so free jewellery box not permitted.
