When I walked in the door there was more than 5 employees at the case when you 1st walked in and was 3 to 5 more employees walking around. Me or my daughter was not properly greeting when we walked in. The associate who ended up helping us didn't seem to have much knowledge about the merchandise that I was looking for. It took her a while to find the charms that I was trying to purchase. Before I purchased what I purchased the clerk seemed like she didn't know what she was looking for.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience simply because of the women that checked us out was pretty rude. We would ask her a question and receive a very dry response. When it came time to pay for the items she became frustrated because she failed to remember that I told her previously that it was a split transaction.

The sales associate was very rude and dismissive. I've experienced great customer service at this location before and was disappointed on how she treated me.

The charms that I kept selecting were not available and I was told that Icould get a military discount but when I went to check out, I was told that I couldn't.

I was not satisfied because the item I purchased was out of stock online so I purchased in store. I was told that they honor the same price online. But it came up a different price & they would not honor the price of the online item. So the manager gave me Pandora's customer complaint number and told me to call them to have it straightened out. I still purchased the item at the price giving to me in store. But I am still looking to be reimbursed for the extra amount I paid beings though I was told I would pay at the rate of the online pricing. I am a loyal customer even if I didn't purchase all the time I am still due to pay what is honored online as I was told I would pay.

Very long 33 min wait in mall area. Christmas shopping time of the year and you only have 2 and 1/2 people working while manger in back of store office. The line Monday January 19 was 12-15 people deep.

I called a day b4 my keep to ask for the specific bracelet to be held. When I came to pick up it was the wrong bracelet, luckily the right bracelet was in the display case the only one……I love pandora and I’m usually so pleased when I leave this location….now this time.
