The sales associate did assist with picking out a charm, however she seemed knowledgeable of the inventory ( which was slim). I purchased a braclet and charm, which were placed into a ring box not individually, still wondering how it fits because it’s a 21” braclet stuffed into a ring box … My worst experience took place at the Cumberland mall never again will I return there…. Never gave me any suggestions on choosing a charm

We went to the first one and she didn't have everything but she just was knowledgeable enough to push her product. The 2nd place in the same day on one person was working for a very long time, then came 2 after 30 mins wait. Still had to wait your turn another 30 mins. Still not knowledgeable enough to push product and sell what you have.

The sales associate was not very friendly. She seemed like she just wanted me to get my charm and leave. That made me feel rushed and highly uncomfortable.

I dropped my Mom’s bracelet to be cleaned overnight and when I got there to pick it up the next day they hadn’t even touched it. One associate did try to clean it quickly but it was still dirty looking afterwards so I bought a kit and cleaned it myself.

Try to use a 10% discount through my healthcare provider and was told that I could not use it the assistant manager was very rude. I visited the store on May 15th 2021

Kyla was not Interested in trying to sell me nothing. She gave me no recommendation she act as if I was bothering her doing the entire sales. Her tone when she ask me do I want to saved 10 percent even if you don’t get approved was very unprofessional. The free brackets is broke. I will visit the store in Newnan where I live. I been in retail over 25 years and her customer service is awful. Cynthia M. Yes I have a credit score over 700.

Selection was not good at all, staff wasn't friendly or too eager to go out of their way to show me the different charms or try to look for other charms in the trays down below. I've been a loyal Pandora customer since 2013 and this is the first store I've gone to where I felt like they were bothered by me wanting to view all the different charms they had.

Peggy who works at the Cumberland mall was very rude to me when helping and was not helpful at all. She showed me very little merchandise and didn’t tell me prices of anything. It was like she didn’t want to help me and my friend at all. She also added something to my friends bracelet that’s was an extra 75 dollars that she never even asked to look at. So when we went to check out she had an extra 75 dollars added to her bill. I was very upset with her. Holly was very helpful to help me find what I wanted and checked me out very well.

I have never been treated so poorly in a pandora store. I apparently was bothering them by trying to make a purchase. Bit he the young lad that helped me and the lady I assume was the manager that checked me out.
