I was at the Atlanta Pandora and was unable to purchase a Pandora charm for that state and I was very disappointed they didn't have anything in stock for me I wanted a Georgia peach or something to commemorate my stay in Atlanta and I didn't have it

This particular Pandora at The Cumberland Mall is bad. Not professional at all. Plus, most importantly, every time I visit, i am told that what I'm looking for is not in stock at this store. I always have to either drive to another Mall or order online and then pay more for shipping. The reps at this store appear lazy, not interested in helping at all. Not very welcoming for the amount of money being spent in the store. I usually wind up leaving without what I wanted.

Wasn’t greeted upon entering, waited around 15 mins before before ANYONE said they’d be with me. Not welcoming at all. Need to work on customer service skills. Does hurt to acknowledge customers!

This store lacks professionalism, the associates working are dismissive and have no sense of urgency in helping customers. There was also limited merchandise.

Whenever I visit the store to purchase an item,I never can get my other charms and bracelet cleaned. I’m always told it can not be cleaned at this time.

I received a bracelet for Christmas and it was too large. Went to the store in December to exchange it for a smaller bracelet (actually I could not open the bracelet as there were no instructions on how to do so and I didn't want to break it trying. Once at the store, the associate Kaylee who is WONDERFUL showed me how to open the bracelet and that is when we found it was too big). Unfortunately they did not have my size in stock and was told to come back mid January. I returned after my vacation and again, they did not have the bracelet in stock again as well as several charms I had wanted to purchase so I have to go back a third time! Not only is this inconvenient, it is a waste of time and gas to run back and forth to the store being that I do not live close to the location. I did purchase several charms to get me started but still have not been able to wear my bracelet. I'm going to try one more time and hopefully the items will be available but I think given the circumstances, Pandora should grant me an additional gift card or %off product for my time that I have to go back to the store!

Disengaged assocuate. Not very interested in customer service. Pretty much all the items i inquired about, was told you didn't have it.
