It’s the holidays and I expected the store to be busy/crowded. But the representative who cashed me out appeared to not be happy or not want to be there. I asked her to clean the jewelry as I’m presenting them as gifts; she appeared to be bothered by my request. She eventually honored my request after I informed her that I’m not receiving the same level of service as I’m use to from other Pandora locations. Perhaps during busy times, the representative who directly helps the customer to locate the jewelry, should consider cleaning the selected merchandise to reduce stress on the staff working at the register.

I was looking at some bracelets in the display case at the front of the store, we had just walked in an sign in, the associate call our name and I told her we were looking to purchase a bracelet, she didn't come over so I could show her which ones I were interested in. She shows me the ones in the book, and I felt I was being rush, plus the display case gave me a better view than the book.

I needed a price adjustment on my recent purchase because coincidentally, the item went on sale the next day: originally $50, Sale $27... when I went back for a return / repurchase, I didn’t like the fat that I paid DEBIT and had to have to money put back through CREDIT, just REPURCHASE THE ITEM ON DEBIT. Regardless of how long my bank takes to put the money back, since I paid Debit, I should of had the option to return it either DEBIT ( which is immediate) or CASH.... If this is the actual policy, then this experience has definitely detoured me from making more purchases through Pandora again.

THE greeting sales associate was rude she looked annoyed at her job the sale associate I believe her name was yasmine gave me the wrong charm I asked for a zodiac sign saggatiaus she gave me a aquariums and I didn’t notice till I had got home but she was in a rush

The reason for my unhappiness at this Pandora was. The fact that I had to wait in a domino line outside the store. Only to be allowed inside to wait in another line. Which took 45 minutes only to find out that what I wanted was sold out and the other never was delivered to that store. When if the associates would have been proactive and put up signs stating what was sold out i wouldn't have wasted so much time in a line and could have gone to another location.

Not greeted when I came into the store by Manager or associates. Sales associate not very knowledgeable Staff not friendly or welcoming

I was suppose to receive a free charm, earrings, or ring on this visit and did not receive it and I paid more then the amount allotted for the promotion. I’m very irritated about it.

Bracelet charm would not stay closed. Needed New 1 or repair and was told to go to original store of purchase. Told associate was a gift and still No resolve.

I purchased thousands of dollars stuff from Pandora. However when I was asking for a cleaning cloth for the silverware. The assistant manager told me that he can't do it cos it's in the inventory selling for $5. I understand as a store inventory, he can't give me for free. But as a customer, as I purchased large quantities of stuff, I can't even have a cleaning cloth. That is a very disappointing situation.
