Associate was not familiar with items. Stated we don't have it. I was about to leave but decided to show her the email and the pic of the product. She stated we don't have it... Yet we are a franchise. Then item was discovered on display. Then I pointed to the item after finding it myself in the display case.

I had to wait over an hour to get inside of the store and a additional thirty minutes once I got inside of the store to get waited on.

They were out of many of the charms we were looking for. These were all Christmas charms so they really should have been in stock. The sales associate didn’t pay attention to anything we said and kept getting the wrong charms.

The assistant manager who helped me had a very uninterested attitude towards me. The store wasn't even busy, there were literally 3 people including me and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to help and there were at least 4 or 5 employees.

The lady who came to my assistant at 1st was very distant. All she was interested in was making sure her hands were clean. The male sales rep was very nice, helpful and was the one who helped me with my service. I give him excellent service for everything. The female sales rep was very unprofessional.

The Pandora employees are really rude, racist and really lazy and they make rude faces to clients and they don’t wanna do anything or show anything to us and they make eye rolls and accusing us of stealing:/

Discussed the “free gifts” $150 / $350 purchases believe it was with employee & assumed got the free $150 silver bracelet but got home (1 hr 20 min drive) & no bracelet was in the packaged box, no answer at store. Wife lost this last year her entire original bracelet so were doing a start over bracelet. Just very frustrating as stood in the store line for 30 minutes and didn’t get gift bracelet.

I was dissatisfied because I purchased a charm for one price $55. Then I asked a question about my receipt saying my charm glows in the dark l. Then I was told I owe more money $10. & some cents more because the sales lady charged me the wrong price. I asked her before she scanned it how much she told me $55. Then she scanned the barcode and said it was $55. She had already put the new charm on my bracelet and cleaned my bracelet with my other charms on it then put the bracelet back on my wrist. So I had to give it back when it was not my fault she charged me the wrong price. I don’t like how it was handled. I even asked to speak to the supervisor. Her name is Kayla. I feel as though I should have gotten the discount beings though my purchase was completed. My number 470.844.0071

I went to the Cumberland Mall Pandora , my bracelet had snapped I bought it in April, the sales associate stated she couldn’t do nothing for me. And that I shouldn’t of bought that kind of bracelet. But then I go to another Pandora in Town center and The representative replace my bracelet. Stated they didn’t understand why the associate told me what she said I will never go to Cumberland Mall Pandora again.
