This is my second time attending the store and the ladies have been rude, they see you standing there waiting, but there is no acknowledgement or hey I’ll be with you shortly once I finish with this customer… If they are working with someone else, then the customers that’s waiting don’t exist to them, which of course finish your sale, but still acknowledge the customers that’s waiting

First, it was not the fault of the sales associates, so don’t blame them. The Pandora website is really really bad. I placed two separate online orders to pickup in store. Both times the website said my items were in stock. Both times it was absolutely wrong. The first time the store cancelled quickly. The second time hours went by so I assumed I could pick up (based on your 2 hour pickup window). I went to the store only to find out they did not have the items (although the website said they did). Since I was there I went ahead and purchased different items. This annoyed me because I originally purchased through Skymiles Shopping and had received miles for my $200 purchase. I asked the associate if I could buy online again to get my miles, but she said it takes TWO-THREE HOURS for the order to get to them, and I wasn’t making another trip. Cherry on top? I needed engraving and the machine was broken of course! The sales associate suggested I visit another mall another 20 min away. Like I said, NOT the sales associates fault, this is all on

There needs to be more staff on weekends, the store was very busy and there was a 20-minute wait before you got waited on

I went to the Pandora location inside the Cumberland mall and i will most like never go back to that location. There were in 5 associates on the floor and only one was helping out so the line was super long. The other associates were just talking and laughing. When i was assisted i notice the bracelet may be a little small so i ask what was the next size up and what would the process be if i needed to exchange it. The associate didnt even asked me and she cancel my other and had me buy everything again when that was not i was going to do. No receipt was given to me for the cancellation. When i was going to pay the associate sent me to the back to pay but another representative yelled at me saying to go back. Ive been shopping with Pandora for years as well as my family. This has been the worst encounter ive had at pandora. Will never return to this location.

Sales associate had a nasty attitude. Didn’t want to help at all & was giving an attitude the whole time we would ask her for something.

The sales associate did not place my charm in the box. Only placed a silicon package and left my charm out. I didn’t realize I didn’t have the charm until the person who I’d brought the gift for opened it and it was empty. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get the charm. My email and phone number are on file and the sales associate Holly M, associate No. 183443, made no effort to reach out to me and correct her mistake. I’m highly upset and dissatisfied.

I have a cleaning business and I was whering my work uniform when I arrived in the store a sales lady name Holly tried us like we were garbage very rude and suspicious like we were going to steal the product I felt very embarrassed and humiliated to be at that store and did not took the time to show me the product for me to purchase and locking the drawers every time we wanted to see something and sis not let us touch anything and rushing me a lot not giving me the chance in making the right selection . And a very important observation the sales lady name Holly forgot to place the item I purchased in the box before I left the store I found out the item was not in the gift box when I checked when I left the store so I had to go back to get the item so not sure if she did it on purpose or an accident. But I am very upset and disappointed with my visit to the pandora of Cumberland mail .I will never visit this store again.
