The Assistant Manager was very unprofessional. Not only was she rude to myself but to her staff as well.

I’ll go out my way to visit another mall for Pandora. So I waited outside the door because it was blocked around 11:10 am right when the mall was opening. So I see the young lady on her phone and a gentleman by the register so I continue to wait outside the door for about 3 minutes. By now I’ve seen her look at me 2-3 times and still do t say anything. So I ask like hi can I come in and she was like yes. Very much dry and nun helpful. I ask about some blue charms and she tell me that there scattered so I know a specific one. So I ask for a book and she tells me to scan the QR code and of course their supposedly updating the system so again no help. I’ve just never experienced such an awful experience as this one. My mom loves this place and the charms and I feel so horrible that when I came for vday a young lady was so helpful to get to March 1st and it was horrible. If it wasn’t for her bday I would’ve just walked out. But from now on I’ll go out my way to another mall just for better customer service.

I will be returning purchase in next two days. Upon inspection of my receipt charms were added to my purchase that I did not ask for or inquire about. Because of the amount of items I purchased I detailed reviewed my receipt at home because I had it emailed to me. It makes me question how many others have been charged for items they did not purchase.

It took three (3) hours to complete my transactions. One hour to get into the store and one hour in line before being served and one hour in line to pay. 😡

The wait was ridiculous, they were moving extremely slow. Decided to wait and I stood in line 46 minutes. Then she lets me in, I was next in line and she tries to help another quest Who only wanted maybe 2 minutes. Wtf

The single most Unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Rude, inconsiderate and absolutely disrespectful! When you want to turn to your other employees and speak another language back and forth to each other about me this is beyond rude! (Douglasville location) then when you tell me I have to pay more for an even exchange item and refuse to exchange without me paying more it makes me never EVER want to shop here again! (Symrna location) I was exchanging an exact ring for an exact ring of a different size and ONLY because the first employee measured my daughters ring size WRONG to begin with! The is has been literally the worst experience I have ever dealt with! And believe me if this is how the company is going to run - I will happily take my business to Jared’s- Kay’s ANYWHERE that I know I will be treated better! Very very unhappy with the customer service - the ring (when we finally paid extra for it) - was beautiful. Sad, just sad.

The store looked like it was going out of business there was no product to choose from nothing to store associate could do because there was nothing available to sell. You should be ashamed of yourself even being open with no inventory. I could have done much better at the outlets I wasted my time and what I was able to put together on my own I as still full price! No accommodations at all y’all were selling Christmas stuff and my free gift with purchase was a freaking Christmas ornament. I will not be back at this store again.

So I was in the store and I made Purchase in after I made my purchase I asked to get my bracelet cleaned and I was told that they were too busy to clean my bracelet there and that It was a courtesy to clean my brakes it in the first place it was also a courtesy for me to spend my money in this location..every time I go into this location there’s always a problem nobody acknowledge me when I walk in they never have any inventory and they never have time for the customers and it’s like once you make your purchase you can go ahead and get out

Unfortunately Cumberland Mall's Pandora has the worst sellers! yesterday the seller sold me a bracelet that was in the wrong place, she was valued at 90 $ when i went to the cashier she was 200 $ when i was questioned they started to yell at me whether or not i would lwvar the product, yelling at me in front of several people who were there buying! this is an act of racism, i'm house cleaning just because i was not well groomed every time i go i'm mistreated, you need to train your professionals more including remembering that racism is a crime!

I went to this Pandora store on Black Friday to exchange a neclace, which was purchase by my mother. I spoke with a customer service representative before, I arrived at this store. Holly the store manger was extremely rude. I explain to her i wanted to exchange the neclace for another neclace, this one was starting to tarnish. She would not exchange this neclace. and was very nasty with her response.
