I called before I came to make a purchase they told me the item was there. When I got there they stated they where out of the item. I told the manager on duty I called before I came I live across town I would have went to another location. The MOD proceeded to check me out and gave me the wrong item which belonged to another customer. She had to call me on my cell to bring back the item no apologies or anything. This will not be a location that I will visit again, customer service is everything I’ve been in the field over 10 years.

The handling of customers inefficient and ridiculous. To have customers forced to stand in line like cows instead of being able to browse your selection has to be costing this location business and money in addition to being understaffed for the way you process customers. What a complete waste of your customers' time and a blatant show of disrespect. I waited 30 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me. I was only in the store to purchase a specific gift, otherwise you can be 100% certain you will never get another dime from me. The store also I ate who "helped" me had no clue about the product or how to ring it. The floor manager was pleasant, but unhelpful to anyone including her own staff. She exists to herd people into the line to wait forever. That's it. She just stands around watching everyone waste precious time. I mentioned how inefficient this process this is and she told me to have a merry christmas. Really??

I got no service the sales associates looked at me and didnt assist me at all. Even other guest tried to get me assistance. Idk if they thought cause I was black I wouldn't buy anything ,but it was my last time shopping at pandora. I shop at Pandora alot cause I know alot of people with with charms .

Ms Bianca was very rude and unprofessional. I had an exchange she told that she could not give me the taxes I had paid she was very argumentative with me about giving me the full amount I paid then I bought an 200.00 bracelet and she didn’t want to give me the jewelry box if you spend 125.00 she stated I did not because of the exchange my cousin told her she was rude then Bianca told my cousin she was rude and just walked away

1. Someone gifted me a charm in California. It has never been put on my bracelet. It is brand new and in the case. BC the ipad battery was dead and the other ipad didn't work, the supervisor said she could not exchange my charm. I wanted to pay the difference and upgrade the charm to a gold one since my bracelet is ALL TWO TONE and this charm wasn't two-tone. Instead, I ended up buying the charm out of pocket. And left with the gift-charm that I do not want. The amount of money I spent on my two-tone Pandora bracelet and charms, I could've purchased a Cartier Love bracelet. Instead, I am doing business with a company that doesn't drives away brand loyalty. The "Ipad not working" had nothing to do with me so why was I punished? They didnt go above and beyond. They didn't care that I was gifted a charm that did not go with my bracelet. They didnt care about losing a customer bc they are secure in their job and the customer has to suffer.

The sales lead associate was very disrespectful, no greeting, no thank you, I felt like no customer service was given

The associate was treating us like we were going to steal something. Told me I could not see the full rose collection until I told her what I wanted. I explained for the second time that this was my first visit to Pandora and was unsure of what I liked. She then reluctantly took a tray out from under the counter and held it back at a distance for me to make my selection. In hindsight, I wish I would have asked for another sales rep to assist us.

I went into the store on the day before Thanksgiving. On this day, the big sale started where you buy two items & get one item free. I arrived shortly after the store opened & only 2 sales associates were working. I waited over one hour for service due to the poorly staffed store only having 2 associates on the day a big holiday sale started.
