My sales associate Sherine was like talking to my bestie. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. I didn't know much about how the charms work and bought a charm bracelet that was sitting in the box because I was not given much guidance the first time when I purchased. She explained how to select the charms, the difference in them and also helped me select my next purchase of a link chain necklace for my next visit in a few weeks. I enjoyed my experience & look forward to wearing my bracelet now.🥰❤🙌🏽

This location was extremely busy but they had a sign-in at the door and moved very quickly to help everyone. Kayla was very helpful in helping me and I did not feel rushed she took her time with me.

I was extremely satisfied because my sales associate went beyond the call of duty to get my card back activated so that I could make a charge on my card. She also made me feel too comfortable because I made purchases I had no intentions on making because her marketing was unbelievable. and lastly, she made me feel comfortable enough that I'll be back sooner than later.
