I was able to go to the store and get what I went in for. The sales associate showed me some new items and explained how I could get a stopper charm. I ended up buying an additional item just based off of her suggestion.

The Sales Associate was extremely personable and professional. She was very helpful in giving me suggestions based on what I told her I was looking for. I was highly impressed by her and her suggestions.

My daughter and I came into the store with a slight issue she noticed with two of her charms id just recently purchased. Not only did the employee make me feel at ease she also replaced the two charms since it was less than 6 months ago that I purchased them.
