Snake bracelet purchased had to be replaced 2 times. Looks great but is not sustainable

I visited the Cumberland Mall location (Atlanta) to have my bracelet cleaned, with no intent to make a purchase. Needless to say, I left the store with four new charms and a sparkling clean bracelet. Sales associate Briana was amazing! Excellent experience all around.

I love the store setup exclusively for Pandora. It was bright and inviting. It also gave a high class felling and experience.

KAY THE SALES ASSOCIATE AT CUMBERLAND MALL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. SHE OFFERED TO REARRANGE MY CHARMS ON MY BRACELET AND CLEAN THEM,WHICH WAS A BIG HELP. SHE HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY AND YOU CAN TELL SHE LOVES HER JOB.

The sales associate took her time with me. She allowed me to try on many ring choices, and did not rush me at all. I left with 3 beautiful rings that I'm pleased with.

I am from out of town and my overall experience at this location was just completely different than where I am from. I was super shocked when the sales associate asked if she wanted to clean my bracelet. It chad caught me off guard bc the store I usually shop at does not do that. The sales associate also made sure I was happy with everything I had purchase.

The representative was very kind and professional. My purchase was completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely be purchasing from this store again.

I was highly satisfied because of my sales associate!! They didn’t have much to choose from, but she was adamant about helping me find something to fit what I was looking for. She was very patient, attentive, helpful and offered great customer service !
