I had the best customer service I have ever had! I called ahead looking for the Harry Potter charm, Slitherine. The salesperson , Sherine L. was amazing! She made me feel like a VIP! She found the charm and put my name on it until I could come to the store. When I arrived a few days later she recognized my name and immediately brought out my charm. I told her I was trying to complete my bracelet. She pulled out several trays and helped me find two more charms. Then she informed me about new charms that I might like. I bought two more charms from her selection. This was the first time I had been in the Cumberland Mall store. It was a true delight to have a salesperson be so kind and helpful. I plan to buy more Pandora items with Sherine.,

Kayla was very helpful and full of knowledge about the pieces as I shop for birthday gives for a family member. Kayla has great customer service quality

My friends and I wanted to get matching rings. We were under the impression the store did not have all of our sizes, but ended up all buying our rings in one location. I did not get the name of our associates name but she was very helpful trying to find the sizes for us so we could all get our rings at the same size.
