I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because prior to going to the store I went online and looked at charms and I had about 15 charms picked out I was able to get 3 of the charms that I wanted on this visit most of the charms I had picked out was in stock

When entering the store the Sales Associated was very friendly and professional. She listened to my concern regarding returning a broken bracelet. She immediately helped solving the situation. I left with a new bracelet and she cleaned my other bracelet and charms that I purchased from Pandora in the past. Thank you!
