I was able to pick a charm for my dog. I love sterling silver. They had a great deal. Pandora has very nice charms that can relate to my life and style.

Sale associate Tanetria provided outstanding customer service. She was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. She has a very pleasant and positive attitude. The wait was not long and I appreciate the availability of the products.

She designed my bracelet to Perfection I did not have to add or take away anything. This was some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had.

My sales associate was amazing. The selection of items however was horrible. This location did not have many of the things that I was looking for. I lucked up and my sales associate was able to find the bracelet that I wanted and happened so it was the correct size. All of the other items either were sold out or they don't get in at all at this particular store. That sucks considering they are located inside a pretty big mall. Waiting outside in the line is tiresome, but I understand that precautions have to be taken because of Covid. Hopefully the inventory there will be beefed up in the future, especially right before a sale.

The sales associate showed me a different charm then what i original went in for. She didn’t stop looking for the charm i wanted and eventually she found it and i ended up with the exact charm i wanted even tho i walked in right before closing time

Customer service at this location was very satisfying. This store also utilized social distancing protocols. The service I received was very helpful. Overall I would return back to this location.
