My shopping was great at Pandora although 2 items wasn't in my size the store associates ask me to call back this week and check to see if the Silver Link Bracelet is available in size 4.

The Tatiana in Cumberland Mall (Atlanta)was amazing and recommended good choices. She is knowledgeable of the process for exchanges. And was very energetic while conversing with me.

The sales associate was very friendly. She was very willing to help. I didn't have a receipt and she was able to quickly look up the information that was needed. Very kind and was able to answer all my questions. I didn't intend on buying anything but she was so sweet I ended up buying three charms!

Very efficient process to help customers. Good directions from employees about lines, where to wait, etc.Transaction took far less time than I expected. Most customers in line ignored social distancing measures and we're too close to each other in my opinion. I policed my space. In all, associates did an excellent job.

Price was excellent. High quality and just as advertised.

The customer service was outstanding and I was very satisfied with the items that I really receive.
