I purchased online and couldn’t put the charms on. They put my charms on and I purchased additional charms.

The beautiness of the store totally draws you in. The line was long due to the holiday season and it was great seeing the associates take time with each customer although the line was long to get into the store. That showed me that when it was my turn I would receive that same one on one service. It was my first visit to Pandora at Cumberland and it was definitely as great experience and the associates were all amazing.

Tanetria was very helpful. She knew what we wanted, and if she didn't all we had to do was tell her where it was in the store. Short, brief, and very thorough.

I ordered a bracelet and Charms for my mom for her 70th birthday. I had to return a few charms because they didn’t fit the bracelet I bought. Returned to Lenox map in Atlanta and it was great. Person who helped me was great and knowledgeable
