I love the east of getting to the store from Costco way luv it this is the only place I'm going if not shipping to my house

Excellent attention & service

On my 50th birthday, I left Pandora feeling amazing! The merchandise is gorgeous, and the sales rep continued to show me charms until I was completely satisfied. She never seemed flustered or frustrated as I looked and looked and looked. I got what I wanted and it made all the difference on my special day.

My salesperson was patient knowledgeable and allowed me the opportunity to 'tell my story" to find the right options for me. She was able to listen to me and select pieces that she thought would speak to be based on what I shared with her- and it worked!

The Pandora store located in Cumberland Mall is wonderful! Although staff was limited they made sure to get to customers in a timely manner. They lady helping me was very patient and sweet. I definitely recommend this location.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable. Store very bright and clean. The timeliness of completing my order with engraving was a Great plus for me, completed order upon leaving!
