I was helped with what I needed. I was helped getting what I needed in a fast speed. I also received a free bracelet which I was beyond satisfied with. I didn’t know about this sale and she told me about it and that made me feel extremely happy for my whole purchase.

HOLLY made my experience so enjoyable!!! She not only gave me great suggestions on charms for my bracelet, but she explained the back, center and front positions so I understood what I wanted placed where on the bracelet. I really appreciated her assistance on filling up my "empty" bracelet! lol

The store did not have the charm I intended to purchase however after explaining to the associate Marty she made a perfect suggestion of a charm for my sister's birthday present. She also took the time to measure my wrist for proper sizing. Also her customer service was impeccable not only to me but also to her co-worker Karen who seemed to be a new employee needing assistance. She was amazing. Karen was pleasant.

My experience with the Atlantic Station store was excellent. I went in a few weeks ago and Clinton informed me of the upcoming promotion. He said he would call me. He also encouraged me to apply for the Pandora card for exclusives. I went to the store over the weekend and due to social distancing could not get in, I could not wait so I went back. Clinton apologized and took very good care of me with my purchase of 2 bracelets and 4 charms. The other associates in the store worked well together as a team, especially to help him take care of my needs. I applied, received the Pandora card!

Great service, fast efficient service, clean and orderly. And I qualified for a Pandora credit card! Yeah.
