My experience today at pandora was EXQUISITE. My customer service representative was Karen and she was very generous and speedy with assisting us. She also helped us make ultimate decisions due to us being indecisive

This was my second purchase at a Pandora store for first was for a charm this time I purchased a bracelet as a gift for someone else. I actually took the time to look at your jewelry selection and noticed a few pieces I would would like for myself. Stephanie was delightful and patient. I can be very indecisive. She happily showed me and allowed me to try on all of the pieces I need to narrow down my selection.

Holly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us the entire time. We will be back this month because of Holly.
