Holly was very welcoming the moment I walked in. She helped me with my exchange and was very understanding of the situation I had. My boyfriend bought me a ring and two of the diamonds had fallen out. I couldn't get in touch with him to get his email address and she went ahead and exchanged it anyway. Holly definitely made me feel at ease and I will definitely be coming back soon!
