I was highly satisfied because the associates are very knowledgeable about the products. They even made sure my bracelet fit properly before I completed my transaction. The associates even made protecting the customers health a priority by sanitizing every thing and making sure every customer who entered had on a mask!

Customer service was great. Very easy to find what I was looking for. So many options to choose from.

The rep that helped me was super awesome showed me pieces that where absolutely beautiful even though I had some in Ming she paid attention to what I asked and tried to help me as best she could I can not wait to return

With the pandemic that is going on the store only allowed a few people in the store at a time, which was excellent. The saless rep was very welcoming, she showed me everything I asked for and I was satified with the deals I received. The sale rep even shared how I could clean my own jewelry without having to come into the store to get it clean which was a great information. I will be returning to purchuse more items.

I was looking for a specific type of ring to get for my girlfriend for our anniversary .Unfortunately the specific ring that ring I was looking for was out of stock. However the associate Naiyha, I believe her name was, showed me many different other options to choose from and helped me select the next best ring
