I originally ordered on the website and it was a total disaster I received confirmation on a order that didn't go through and this was my daughter's first mother's day.I was in panic mode driving because NO ONE from this company call me to in form me about the glitch in the system but i received a Confirmation email stating i'll receive my package May 6th... May 10th I'm trying to locate a Pandora store So I went to the Cumberland Mall in Atlanta Georgia and found what I was looking for.

Every time that I visited the store I was treated with respect. never had a problem.

The store was VERY clean and the sales rep was welcoming. When making my purchase the rep assisted with answering questions about the product.

I have become additive to Pandora charms and bracelets. I love developing themes for my bracelets. They continue to come up with the greatest stuff!

I enjoy my experience at the Cumberland Mall Pandora Store location because this was my first time in the Pandora Store at that location and the staff was wonderful. Ms. Brianna K was so helpful. I went in to get my grand daughter and I, Pandora Jewelry cleaned and Ms. Brianna K gave me service with a smile and was willing to help process my cleaning. Her customer service skills was prefect. After the cleaning of our jewelry cleaning she assist me with purchasing another bracelet and charms for my grand daughter. Customer service is top key to me and I received the best.

Overall I loved going into this Pandora store. The staff was wonderful and polite love their options and their knowledge answered all my questions and doubts I had. Enjoy my visit there !

I needed a replacement bracelet for 4 months and it was always out of stock. I had to settle for another bracelet that I don't like because my 1yr warranty was running out.
