I was highly satisfied because of my overall experience with Sales Associate Geneiqua. Her presence was welcoming, energetic and patient. She was aware of all available merchandise. She informed me of proper bracelet cleaning routines and she thoroughly polished mine. She is an awesome employee! Her attitude is entertaining and consistent. I will happily purchase from her again.

My experience at the Cumberland Mall Pandora store was nothing short of AMAZING! I was instantly greeted and the store associate immediately helped me! Holly M. was very knowledgeable about each product i was interested in. She even went out of her way to assist me with a start on a new bracelet!!!!
