My sales person was very knowledgeable of the merchandise even while she was training a new associate. She gave several options to choose from. On this visit I purchased two pieces and got my ring cleaned. This was my best experience in a Pandora store and I will return to this particular store for my next purchase.

No wait time. Great ideas suggested by employee.

The sales associate are berry friendly and they didn’t mind long ok’ing for what ever I needed when it was not out to be seen.

Sales clerk “Valarie” was so helpful! I was a first time shopper starting my charm bracelet and Valarie introduced me to the life as a Pandora member; and i purchased my first 2 charms to start off. I will definitely return to this store!
