The sales rep gave me no problem in exchanging the item for smaller size. She knew the items and explained how to operate the new clasp

The employee was very helpful and kept the line moving during the busy time of the holiday. They had a line out the door but they got it down in a timely manner.

The staff was very well rounded in their knowledge of the products. It was a quick in and out even for a busy day. Overall for my first time at a Pandora my experience was wonderful and will absolutely be returning back to this location.

This is my home Pandora store cause of convenience and friendliness of staff. I have yet to have an issue with selection or price when I am in the this location.

The customer was very satisfying, there were many options to choose from and rep, was very kind, she did rush, she allowed me to take my time and make the best choice for myself. The service was excellent all the war around. No only her but this goes for all reps in the store, they helped each other made the service very smooth going.
