I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was very knowledgable about the products and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase.

At first the bracelet I chose was showing available but could not be located but a smaller size fit. The associate was very helpful with suggestions and she thought to try on 2 charms to be sure the fit was correctl. I was looking for a gift and she suggested the pendulum necklace with the petite and I feel in love. Of course I purchased it with 3 petites and already excited about the fun I can have with my necklace. I am returning tomorrow after taking time to scan the catalogs and bringing my daughter as well.

Alane was very professional and friendly. She asked me questions to see what charms would work best for my mothers birthday. She also informed me of the up coming promotion which I will be using this discount on. The store was immaculate.

As soon as I walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted. The antendent checked my ring size, gave me the ring I wanted, and checked me out.
