The associate that helped me was very pleasant, I came in asking about the warrant on my bracelet (I was already prepared to buy another one though) the did find my information in the system but the warranty already expired. I purchased a new one. I wanted to get my charms cleans but they said the machine wasn’t working but the associate(Amanda) did offer to clean them with the cloth and put my charms in the new bracelet. The store was cluttered though, boxed on the counters covering the product. I was going to buy new charms but couldn’t not see beyond the boxes on the countertops. Another associate wasn’t dressed properly to me(her dress was literally right at her behind).

I felt that the customer associate was wonderful. Personally, Pandora isn't really my style and I was given earrings as a gift. I went to exchange them.

The sales associate Kayla was rushing me to get more customers orders completed. She told me y’all don’t do teacher discounts and I know you guys do, I been to your store 3 times within the past 2 weeks and she’s the only one that gave me problems. Plus her attire was not professional. Leggings with a crop top that shows your stomach tattoos is not cute when trying to buy jewelry.

There were 2 young ladies in the store. One was helping a customer and spoke very professional to me the other absolutely nothing. Another young lady walks in after me and immediately asked can I help you.
