Upon entering I was not greeted. I nor the person behind me weren't greeted. I was greeted when the employee was ready to assist me. Other than that all was well.

Twice I’ve gone there in the last 2 weeks and felt invisible walking in. Interesting! But they were helpful with taking their time to see that I received what I wanted.

While at Pandora I saw no hand sanitizing protection being used by any customers or employees before or after touching merchandise. It was very small inside and nowhere for the people that were in the building to go. With only 2 people working I felt rushed to look items with this being my first time purchasing charms for the gift I received. I would possible come back at opening if there were not that many people in the store and precautions were being taken
