Only due to the timing of my visit was I not highly satisfied with my experience. The staff members were obviously juggling many customers and were not as organized when new customers would come into the store. However, my experience with my salesperson, Lexi H., was extremely positive, and I enjoyed purchasing my first Pandora piece!

I walked in when noone ekse was in the store, my sales person was helping ne- i was shopping for 4 prople. Then some guy walked in & she stopped- MID SELECTION -with me to help him & checked him out, all while im keft judt standing there! Wont go vack to that store

Customer service could have been better, workers were not that friendly and helpful but I chose this Pandora cause it is in my area and at others time customer service is great

The first employee barely greeted us. My on line order was not ready however the young lady did prepare my order once there. The gentleman that was there was not too welcoming.

I didn't have a problem with the store per say or the associate. However I came in for two things one being to get a chain replaced from a necklace that broke (that I wore once) and I was told the necklace couldn't be replaced although online the website reads something about sending damaged items to be fixed. The associate also couldn't find any nearby stores with the key necklace either. Soo I had to leave with the broken necklace and a suggestion to take it to a jeweler to get fixed.

When I first came in we didn’t get help because they were helping other people. The people they were helping weren’t looking so they could’ve helped us and when back to then then the other costumer was ready.

A coin was used to remove pendants. Pandora should have tools that are appropriate for delicate pieces. Additionally, pendants should be cleaned before returning to the customer.
