I feel like I was rushed and the sales associate didn’t know much about their product . If I was a sales associate I would of tried to upsell another item. I feel like they just didn’t want to be bothered.

The wait time was a bit lengthy before being helped considering I arrived at the time of the store opening. A few charms I wanted to purchase was out of stock as well.

I was not highly satisfied because social distancing was not practiced. There were too many people in the store when the sign clearly stated only 10 customers at a time. I rushed through my purchases because I did not be in contact with all those people. No one tried to clear out extra people. That was not ok. 20+ people in the store.

The employees were very dry when I came into the store. They were way to relaxed. Just standing and looking around. Not very inviting. Service was mediocre compared to other stores.

The guest associate did not acknowledge me until I was ready for purchase. Both associates were confused when looking for items or couldn't really answer any questions about a 50th birthday charm for my mother. I also did not see any cleaning or sanitizing once a guest left an area.

Well the store was quite small but very busy. There was not much space to stand as people continued to pile in. There also was no way to queue in so as people piled in the first coming customer was not the next to be seen. There actually was an argument because multiple people kept jumping in line and asking questions outside of their turn. One in front of me and a couple of others in front of another lady. I was not too upset because it only happened once to me. People were getting heated as they were overlooked. It’s not fair for someone to ask a question and get help while others are waiting patiently and get overlooked. I would provide a queuing system like a number taker to avoid this drama. Other than this, the staff seemed helpful and friendly but overwhelmed. The associate that helped was very sweet. But I knew what I wanted before I got there so I was very quick in decision making.
