Pandora Jewelry

There was a short wait outside of the store before I was invited in by a sales associate. Once inside there were quite a few sales associate helping other customers and I was directed to Kayla. She was nice, but that is all that I can say about her. She wasn't pleasant like other sales associates I have encounter at this location and others. She seemed a little robotic during our interaction and made me feel rushed to make a decision on the charms I wanted. There were more customers in the store than I am used to, so she had to wait to get certain trays for me to look at. She didn't make any suggestions, didn't offer any assistance with putting on the charms that I did purchase and moved on to assist the next customers before I had even moved from the counter. This one was definitely a not so good experience.

I had a great experience with my purchase.

The service was not Highly Satisfying. What I wanted was not in stock and the waiting was kinda long. There were 5 reps there and 3 groups of people in front of us.

When I first walked in I was not greeted but yet was told to immediately close the door. Yes everyone was with a customer but I didn’t feel welcomed. The associates seemed very uninterested until she saw I was spending good money there which I did spend $300!! I expected way better customer service!!! Especially in the area I was in!!

This particular store was very small. The greeting associate who assisted me had to wait for other associates to move out the way in order to get to merchandise. The selections were ok (Probably due to the holiday season). I end up only purchasing jewelry cleaner because they did not have the jewelry options I desired. Nevertheless, Valarie was an excellent associate who assisted me through it all.

A couple came in after me and rather than show them the selections on the other side of the store, the couple and three other associates crowded around the side i was on. However, Alayna gladly agreed to move me to the other side of the store.

It's a small store

My son started my Pandora and I love it!!!!

I new what I was looking for so was in and out of the store in15 minutes.
