There was a huge lack of inventory available. The store rep was amazing however none of the charms I was looking for were in stock.

1) always out of merchandise 2) you can't return merchandise at any Pandora store i found out, i went to 3 locations. 3) you can't return merchandise to a franchise dealer unless you purchase the merchandise at that particular store but i got my bracelet exchanged finally .

We were not greeted or acknowledged when we arrived and were not told that we had to put our names on a waiting list. We discovered the list after being in the store for 3-5 minutes. Employees were not pleasant until one began to assist us.
