The sales person was extremely impersonal. Did not ask me where I wanted my charms placed on my bracelet. Was busy conversing with others while waiting on me.

This Pandora Store has absolutely no STOCK I looked at all the trays I saw mostly empty pillows. It is the biggest shopping season of the year they have nothing to sale.

I was looking for a birthday gift to a friend of mine, just wanted a charm, however there were not many on display that caught my attention and I was unable to see most of the trays and the sales person wasn't too helpful. She only showed me a couple of trays and I ended up picking a charm, I would've probably bought more than only two if I were able to see more options.

Went in to get my bracelet and charms cleaned they were badly tarnished. They didnt get them completely back to normal still was tarnished. But, sold me a cloth to do it myself and what to clean it with and to use a toothbrush 🙄

I didn't find the kinds of charms I was looking for.

This store was low on inventory. Every time I selected merchandise they didn't have it. And they have any books on hand.

The selection of charms available for the bracelet I purchased were almost out. Had only a few options.

Took a while for some assistance due to the volume of people in the store needing assistance before I got there.

Clerk (Rola, Store#0606)was very pleasant in her approach & process. Knowledgeable of additional merchandise/accessories needed that I was not aware of was pleasing. And although this location did not have what I initially visited the store to purchase, she assisted me in looking for another item I was interested in and purchased.

I had a not so good experience at the Pandora in the Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA. So I had to go to the Pandora at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, GA. I had a more pleasant experience there I must say.
