Didn't have a lot charms to choose from

The store was very clean and very polite

There was not a lot of inventory available at this location. Many of the charms or clamps I was interested in were either not available or had very little quantities.

I return to the store a second time in the same day to make another purchase, the second sales person was not very friendly and made my me my business was not important.

I wanted to purchase a 20 inch Snake Chain to start a new line of charms during the sale- The manager was nice to pick up a chain from another store,but it was the wrong length-. I was told to purchase the chain that was picked up and that it could be exchanged when they ordered one for me- I was told that the manager would return my call the next day to let me know if’s chain was located- Never heard anything the next day and when I called the store to speak with him, was told that he was with a customer- I asked to leave my number, but was told that would not be necessary. I really like the convenience of that store and adore one of the sales people, Alane. However, the follow through from my last visit leaves a BIG question in my mind as to whether to return, This necklace was very important to me.

The store was very clean. They only had a few charms to chose from. The sale rep stated that they only had a few charms left.

I wasn't highly satisfied because the selection of merchandise was very scarce. There wasn't a great selection of charms available.

One of the sales associates was staring at my daughter, my grand daughter and I as if we were trying to take items which was not necessary because I have a $5,000.00 Pandora credit limit. I do realize that pilfering is a problem however, I did not appreciate that happening. That particular associate was asked to assist the other people that were in the store.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in helping me decide what to buy. I appreciate their assistance and will definitely be back.
