To be honest with you. I'm not sure why I wasn't highly satisfied. I came in already knowing what I wanted, so my stay at the store was not very long. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was on their A game!

I waited in a long line just to be told I needed my ID to swipe my prepaid debit card I also was told that my ring was $40 then the sales associate told me five minutes late that it had actually went up to $40 she seemed as if she had an attitude about me being indecisive with the gifts I was purchasing

well this particular store didn’t have the sale that I came across at another pandora store. It actually made me want to take it back and shop at the other location that was giving twenty five percent off if you spend over one hundred and fiffty dollars. I spent well over five hundred dollars so that would have been nice to get the discount.

I’m satisfied with this purchase and store. I was not highly satisfied because the price is a little expensive. Another reason is there is not a lot of designs.

It was a very busy evening and only one cashier/register working. I was in a hurry, that's why I wasn't highly satisfied this time. Overall, their always nice, polite, knowledgeable, etc. It's the closest Pandora to my place and that's where I purchase charms/bracelets/earrings/rings most of the time (I also purchase online, every now and then).
