We were looking for a particular charm for my mother's 50th birthday and this store did not have it so we had to get something other than we wanted. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

This store i went to was ok, didnt have the charms i was looking for.

I think the sales person was not excited about her job, she´s there in case the customer asks something but she´s not proactively trying to help. I tried to make some small conversation with her about some pieces I own and she was not paying attention and overall looked really bored :) so I decided to continue with shopping experience in silence. When she saw that I was really buying and not just looking around then she started acting friendlier but she kinda made feel unwelcomed at some point.

Not much of a selection when it came to state charms.

I PURCHASED THE 14KT GOLD bracelet in Jan or Feb 2018, I love the bracelet and the few charms that I have 13 charms purchased for my self, not to mention what I purchased for others. however the 14kt gold charms are not as animated or personalized as the sterling silver ones. Also I do not like the fact that just about all of the 14kt gold charms have CZ stones and not diamond. some people such as myself are willing to pay the cost. I would like to see more 14kt gold charm selections. like the bee that has come out in the shine collect.I do not wear plated gold and I will not start now. thanks

Unaware of the promotions details and took awhile for service

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I like charm I purchased because it represents me perfectly. Though the charms can a bit expensive.

The sales associate told me about a cleaning kit. I wanted to get the kit so she asked the manager about the kits and he never took time to see if there were more he just talked to us with his back turned as he was looking at some computer screen in the back.

Didn't have many rose gold charms to choose from and all graduation charms were out of stock. When there is a seasonal time of the year it will be good for the occassion to have extra back stock.
