Pandora Jewelry

The girls were friendly and I enjoy buying pandora. Also they had some of the beads that were sold out in my state.

I think the price is very high , making the access difficult . I like everything in the store but the price , in my point of view it is not fair .

The store is a little small&gets crowded. The sales associate took a minute to greet us! Didn't really like the items that were on sale for Christmas.

It was disappointing that due to an associate's error, they ran out of the "free bracelet" w/ orders $125 +

The cost of the charms are much higher than other brands of the same quality.

I didn't receive any info on the promotion deal buy 2 get 1 free. Saw deal online after leaving the store.

The manager was very rude. They had green holiday bags available and I asked if I could have one green bag instead of the white because I purchased two holiday bracelet sets that come in the green leather boxes and it would have been perfect. I spent over $700 in the store. And she stated no, because there was a limited supply. She never stated hi, and had a rude face expression the whole time. Thankfully the sales associate was sweet and helpful.

I didn't receive my pouch for my new bracket that was purchased. I forgot to ask about it and they never recommended for the new item. I'm going to called this store back about it.
