Sales person was disengaged due to number if people coming in and out. I would recommend store. Need more help during sales event. I came in new exact item still took over 30 minutes to get in and out store. Bought 3 bracelets

The sales rep was new and very friendly, but I could tell that she wasn’t knowledgeable on some stuff. It’s not her fault, i fault management for that. The sales rep had outstanding customer service.

Argument between a customer and the sales associate. Bad location, had to oay for parking. Shelves were sort of empty.

I had bought the necklace in May any it had tarnish and they did not want to replace it had to get the store manager

Associate wasn't familiar with products nor attempt to try to look or recommend. There were in the middle of inventory checks. Attention span very short compared to other Pandora stores I've been too. Would recommend letting the associates know that it's customer service that brings back customers to generate revenue.

I asked the sales associated to pull charms out of case so that I can see the wording and how the charm looked. She stated they had to stay in the glass because of policy. The manager had a separate customer and pulled the charms out the case so that his customer could see. I am a repeat customer and I've never been told they couldn't pull charms out of case so that I can look at them myself. I will not be visiting that store again.

The representative was rushing us the entire time were there. She was in mode and was not adjusting. She never caught the hint to slow down. The terrible thing is there wasn't anyone waiting after us.
