Website prices are different and you don’t get any sales unless you ask if there is any due to Black Friday. Also no a lot of merchandise available.

The sales associate was kinda rude and I felt like I was rushed in picking my product. She didn’t offer me to choose any charms and basically asked me did I want a bag or carry out the product out. Just not friendly or professional service during this visit

The sales rep did not know what was in stock. I went online prior to going to the store so I knew exactly what I wanted. Every item I requested he told me,without searching, that item was not available. Luckily his coworker knew where everything was located. She was listening to my inquiries and delivered. While the male sales rep shot me down at every turn. Smh

felt very rushed. Associate not very friendly. i did not feel like she was trying to help. Just trying to get me out the door and to the next person. Was not able to look around the store.

When I got to the store the were looking at me like if I need help, but none of the people that actually work there asked if I needed help, I have to asked for someone to help me (they were available) then the person that was helping me was very dry, I had to ask questions, she didn’t give me recommendations or anything, she was standing there just doing what I was asking her to do (not like other stores, they are very attentive, they help you to pick and suggest different options for you)

It was the wait after I was in the store. The store manager ignored me but as soon as two other walked in he begin to wait on them as I continued to wait another 10 minutes before some came from the back to assist me.

There was one male associate that was not Customerservice friendly. He displayed some agitation towards his customers because they were taking too long to service. Very unprofessional attitude. Too many customers inside store waiting.
