My order number was PND09101568 it was canceled without a verbal confirmation. Cody was rude and unwilling to help. I ask for a supervisor and she refused to send me to one. Stating Pandora cancel any orders without verbal confirmation for the customers all the time. So I had to go visit the Atlantic Station store to get me sisters birthday gift since my order was cancelled without my kniwledge.

The link on my bracelet was broken. The sales associate pushed it together with a noticeable gap and stated it was fixed. I am will within my one year warranty..She should have just replaced it. She was very I unagreeably verbal with me on replacing the bracelet. I was very unhappy.

They were out of exclusive Atlanta Charms. That was the reason for our visit. Also didn’t have the size bracelet I needed.

When I arrived at the store I waited over 15 minutes before I was assisted by an associate. The other associates did not acknowledge my wait and me. When the male associate came to help me, he rushed me and made me feel unwelcomed.

Upon arrival to this Pandora location I was greeted right away which was nice. This was the first time I have ever been into a Pandora store so it was a warm welcome. It was for a Valentines Day present for my wife. The sales associate that helped me kept trying to push me to choose something already made. I did not have time to think as to what I actually wanted because she kept pushing me to make a purchase. I told her she can go help others while I keep looking around but she said she was not allowed to do so. I stepped away from the counter to look through the catalog, but she kept coming back and saying, "you need to make a decision what you want to buy now." I understand the sales associates get paid based off of commission, but being that this was my first time in a Pandora store, I was not impressed with the service. I also had a friend on the phone guiding me with what she thinks I should get my wife because she has many Pandora bracelets already, the sales associate was very quick to tell me my friend does not know my wife.... which in fact she actually does. This was the worst experience I have had. The only reason I would come back would be to exchange the bracelet size

I was a sales associate for Pandora before. And this sales associate every time we go into this location is not engaging the customer. She stands there, doesn't ask questions. We have to engage her instead of the other way around. She isn't really friendly at all and acts more like security than a salesperson. We had to talk to each other with her just standing there. It was kind of awkward and we felt rushed to make a decision.
