The sales associate seemed a little agitated and aggravated . She also continuously stop servicing me to socialize with other associates, which left some of my questions unanswered.

The main item I came in for was out of stock in the size I needed (19inch bracelet/rose).The sales associate called 2 other stores. One didn't have it and the other didn't answer the phone. So now I have to order it and pay for shipping. I was only able to buy a few charms in the rose color.

I had to wait over 20 minutes to be assisted. When the associate finally got to me, she was very blah. Her attitude gave the impression that I was disturbing her. I’m use to working with the manager. I hate that he wasn’t there.

There were three persons at the store very unfriendly The one who help me when I ask for sugestión oh to show me some good f the charms was very lazy way Not talk it all I was feeling very uncomfortable to be honest , I bought because I really want it the charms for my bracelet but I’m not gonna come back to that store

The representatives were not “rude” but not very welcoming. I will not return to this location. My order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up my purchase within 3 days. I was not aware that this would happen. Also, I ordered a bracelet online that was too small and the store only had one bracelet to exchange. The other, I’ll have to do an online exchange.

The sales associate Kayla was rude. She was slamming the trays into the display and made me feel very rush. She kept asking what I'm looking for instead of simply allowing me to look for a second. She seemed to want me out quickly and no one was in the store.

Customer Service was ghetto! The way they dressed the attire was very unprofessional, I was not acknowleged, lots of sass and attitude.
