The sales rep was very short when it came to answering questions. She rushed us out so she could deal with the other people. Prior to coming inside the other rep made us stand in the rain instead of coming inside her excuse was she was the only person inside yet Kayla s was inside she’s the one that “helped” me

store was small and we kept having to wait outside the store in the cold although there was enough room inside. i understand that we have to social distance but there was plenty of room to do so but we were constantly asked to stand outside even though there were associates that could’ve helped us not doing anything

When my sister and I first entered the store we were not greeted at all. No one acknowledged that we were there trying to purchase stuff for a half hour. The two girls working the front desk were not welcoming at all, I kept making eye contact with them in hopes they will at least say something to us and they never did. Then another customer came in after us and the only thing she was there for was to pick up an order she placed online. No one said anything to her no “ I’ll be with you in a moment”, “ hey how are you?”, “ how can I help” absolutely nothing. She waited for quite some time too. Then after almost an hour of waiting the store manager came out to help us. The manager was very nice and helped us in every way. It’s not about the kind of work you have it’s how efficient you choose to work. There was no reason for us to be un greeted and unacknowledged.

I paid online and had to pay again in store. The lad manager was kind of rude. This store is so hood and they act as if y’all don’t trust y’all employees and they givin us a hard time. Love the peachtree corners location wish I had got all my items from preachtree corners location!

I walk in the store, was not greeted, but there were 3 associates in store. I stand a the glass table where rings are located and for about a good minute and a half no one said anything, then when one of the associates do come she pretty much spoke fast as if I was been rushed to make my purchase so she can go. Asked to see a different set of rings and her body language suggested she was in a hurry or maybe in a bad mood. I work hard to spend my little money’s and to be treated as if I should hurry won’t work for me. I love it when the Caucasian short man is here, he gets me spend more money and he treats me well.

It was after 6pm the store closes at 7pm. Where I understand the sales associate wants to shutdown and I did my best to hurry. I do not feel a customer should be rushed. Hurry up may not have been said but actions speak louder than words. Shopping should be a calming event. The more relaxed a customer or client is the more inclined they are to spend.

The line was long and was not organized. I won’t ever shop at pandora again. The store wasn’t stocked well with merchandise.

Well in store the associate picked up her cell phone while servicing my friend and myself. Continued on a conversation and was not warm or friendly to us at all. It felt like “get your charms and get out”.

It was my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves Pandora. We were visiting from out of town and googled this location. We purchased a ring and I had to ask for a bag or something to put the ring in. The lady just gave me the receipt and said your all set. I asked her is it not your policy to give your customer some type of bag for purchasing. I was told there is care instructions we should have received as well. And when I asked the associate she was rude about it as if I was not supposed to ask. I left the store very upset about my daughters experience.
