Customer service was not at good rushed thru my purchase and was not attentive to what we were looking for she seemed preoccupied not very friendly she prejudged us as we were just browsing not asking but telling me what it is and overlooked my product even told me she didn’t have it in the beginning

Upon enter the store I was barely greeted. Then a young woman whose name I did not get came over I thought to help. She was in a rush, slamming things down and talking very fast. When I asked her twice to slow down then the attitude started. She did not want to explain anything nor did she wasn’t to show multiple items is what I was getting from her. But because my husband and I went to purchase a special charm for my daughters and I all to have I asked for a new sales person. The gentleman was helpful, he was polite took his time to show us the different options and did a great job representing the brand as it should. I called the Pandora store when I left abs asked for the manager and was informed that the young lady who was rude and created this almost horrible experience was the STORE MANAGER and if it wasn’t the store manager, the STORE MANAGER was right there observing the associated behavior, they are both young and seem to have a friendly relationship. It’s unacceptable. I could not even make my complaint to a professional. And now have to report my sale experience negatively. When the Gentleman who actually made my almost $400 sale was GREAT.

I felt rushed by the sales associate Kayla. I asked if she was ok because it didn't seem like she was interested in helping me at all. She said she was fine and continued to rush me into making a selection.

Pleased with my purchase today. My dissatisfaction came when i asked for my bracelet to be cleaned and was told no because of Covid. Cutting a cleaning service due to a public health crisis makes zero sense, but okay. i would've been fine with it, if other Pandora policies aligned with Covid risk mitigation. The employee handled my new clip AND my bracelet with bare hands. She also had me use an ipad to enter information that she had previously been using with her bare hands. 2 employees were working shoulder to shoulder, even bumping into one another. Oh and no hand sanitizer available. But because of Covid my bracelet couldn't be cleaned after being handling by an employee. This is not a complaint against the employees but rather with the company/store policy. The employee did explain how to clean my bracelet at home.

Location had limited selection. Not even one birthday charm in the store. I drove over 40 minutes to go to this location.

The store it self was clean and fully staff. The young lady that assisted me went above and beyond. However the store was close to empty. They had almost no inventory at all. I had to settle for something else because what I wanted they did don’t have in stock. The sale inventory was horrible. We the associate and I had to get online to order ever but one charm.

We were Given the run around for a warranty exchange. Had to pay full price for a new bracelet. Had to return with a receipt which the initial was a gift. So I had to go find the person who bought it. Return to the store to try to do the refund as I was told would happen with a receipt. Was given the run around by the manger. Finally after 45 minutes they honored their initial statement. Not satisfied with my experience!

Sales associate measured me for a size 5 ring but sold me a 4.5 which got stuck on my finger the next day. I took the ring back to a sister Pandora store the next day which didn't do an even return because their taxes are different so I didn't get my full return back.
