Not Happy February 13th

By Not Happy February 13th | 2/13/2019

This is normally my store of preference. It was crowed due to Valentines day however that was not the problem. My regular sales associate wasn't in and I did not recognize any of the other associates. I asked did they hire all new associates and was told no. I asked about my person and they acted like they had never heard of her. The attitude was very cold and not friendly as I am used to. I felt that even the managers did not reflect a sense of "welcome to my store". I just have never experienced such a dry and negative attitude. You could also tell that the young man that waited on me was not real familiar with the merchandise but he did the best that he could and that was ok. At least he was nice. My friend was with me and she also said "this cannot be the same store I came to with you in the past, everyone seems so cold". I will probably change my store of preference now to the Perimeter Mall location because Atlantic Station customer service sucked!

The store was short staffed for the traffic. There was a customer spending a lot of money who, after finished with his initial transaction (which I waited to be complete) continued to come back and make purchased, thereby interrupting my $65 purchase. Staff was more concerned about the $7k purchase and continued to put my service on hold. While I have never spent that much, I have 4 bracelets and 33 charms; with the intention to purchase more. I have been a customer since 2013; not the experience I expect - regardless of my $$ spend.

They had a new sales promotion today so you would think they would be stocked and ready for the promotion. I arrived shortly after they opened and they didn't have 3 of the charms that I went there to purchase.

The associated look very unorganized. The person that first saw me seemed like she did not want to be there. Then I was waiting to pay and the cashier saw me the whole time she was checking out another client. She finished with her and then left. Another member asked her why she didnt check me out and she said who? her? like I did not exist. If it wasnt the day before mother's day I could have probable left and not bought anything because of her lack of costumer service but i really needed to buy it so I went ahead and do it. The staff at this location could use some training on costumer service and how to clean a pandora store clean.

Took awhile for an associate to assist me because all of the workers were up front talking among themselves and focused on just one customer. We weren't even acknowledged until after we had been in the store ten minutes even though they all saw us walk in and none of them said hello or we will be right with you. In addition, the associate who did end up helping us didn't seem to be interested in recommending anything or taking the time to show us the many different charms so that we could make sure we were getting the right one. I shop at Pandora all the time for my mom at many different locations, and this is the first time I felt as if I didn't really get the opportunity to view all the charms I might have been interested in because the associate didn't do a good job interacting with us to make sure we saw a variety of charms to make sure we got the one we really wanted. I more than likely won't be returning to this location and I have spent thousands of dollars at Pandora in the past.

Merchandise perfect as usual but the sales staff was slow to attend to their customers, I stand there looking at a magazine while some of the associates talked among themselves and then I was almost walking out the door when a sales associate approached me. She was so lost with the prices, I asked about some bracelets and she said one price then I pointed to the price next to the bracelet and she corrected herself. I got to the register and she struggled to enter the items, then she was charging me incorrectly and she had an extra $80 charged that she had to remove after I asked about the prices again, then she had to get a manager to help with the register. Finally one of the bracelets she said was $65 was actually $75, I didn´t say anything since $10 is not a big deal but for a customer these type of errors can result in losing the complete sale... she was nice through the whole process but the complete experience overall was an awkward and long process :)

I placed an order with one location and when I arrived to pick up, my order was “incomplete” and the associate told me that she would give me a call in regards of my order and I never received a call. Then I tried to call to follow up and no one pick up my calls. I am upset about this experience. I had to order from another store for my gifts !

The associate that helped was not welcoming and seemed rude. I usually get excellent service but not this time. I pulled out my other bracelet to be cleaned and adjusted with the new purchase, she looked at me as if I asked her to do what was not a part of her job. Absolutely no kind of experience you want when spending money and maintaining purchases I made. Pandora is pricey and the customer should be treated with Chik fila customer service. I truly despise the fact this sales associate did not give me the welcoming experience as I’ve received numerous of times (not from her). Due to this, I’m returning the purchase I placed yesterday.

I am always at your store you see I work a Northside Hospital at one of the practices so every time it's someone's Birthday we collect and get them a bracelet from your store.

The store hours were posted as opening at noon on Sunday’s. We arrived and the store was dark and closed. When the associates arrived at 12:20, they told us to wait outside while they “set up”. When we’re we’re let in at 12:25, both of the African American associated appeared to have attitudes and answered us in short one word responses. They were pointing and talking about us to the white associated as we left the premises.
