The associate was very rude and pushy.I asked for suggestions.She wasn’t very knowledgeable. I knew more than she did. My last 2 visits to this store have been horrible.Please put the old staff back in that store.

During my visit the sales person that helped me, seemed to busy and unwilling to really help me. I have been dealing with a deep depression and, wanted to purchase something nice for myself in hope of feeling better. I did purchase a promise ring. However, the sales person did not offer me a box and, or a bag for my purchase. I walked out the store, feeling very low, like I was not even worth a bag. I did go back and ask for one and she then boxed my item. It is sitting in my car, and I will be returning in due to the way the purchase made me feel. You never know what a person is facing or going through, so for the next customer try and treat them as best as you would be wanted to be treated.

The sale associate that assisted me was extremely rude and the other associates were rolling their eyes at me and did not want to assist. Since I enter the store no one was willing to help. I by mistake drop a ring in the store and offer my help to the associate and he was extremely rude with me and my friend trying to help. I thought it was extremely unprofessional the way he talked to me and kept telling me how we were gonna solve the problem of the ring because they were gonna charge him when me and my friend offer many times to help and he didn’t want to even assists us and became more rude

I went to the store to do a return. The sales associate tells me I can only get a gift card. I paid in cash and my credit card. It clearly states that your refund will be in the form you original paid. At the end of the day, I worked retail and I know the dirty sales retention tactics use. Its sad that a company with such a good reputation do such things.

Felt as if the sales associated was bothered and impatient with my transaction. I had no clue what I wanted al I knew is I didn’t want any more hearts. The courtesy level wasn’t present.

The salesperson seemed she didn’t want to work in there. She was pushing the trays of the charms and when asking for a gift receipt she told us to give to the person our receipt. We didn’t like the experience at all.

Unable to clean pandora bracelets at Atlantic Station. Received several new charms for Christmas but did not put them on the dull bracelets. Very frustrated. To note, I was unable to clean bracelets at Times Square before the holidays either.

The overall experience was disheartening...this was my first Pandora braclet and my first trip to the store the guy was unaware...didnt have anything i asked for until i saw it and said oh jesus as we eft. The store

My sales associate name was Clint. He was amazing. Into our interaction their was a sales associate that came in without a mask, dressed very inappropriate. She had on a short tight black dress. She walked all over the store then started to pull rings out the case try them on & return them without cleaning her hands or the jewelry. The other associate asked her several times to put on the mask, She refused. I was to far into my transition to leave. This made me very uncomfortable & showed me that she didn't value her job, respect herself or others. I will definitely not shop at this location again because of this lady. She had no name tag & didn't greet anyone just rude. She also spoke of not feeling well. I had to step outside to calm down I was so upset. Even after saying that she took another 10mins to put the mask on. As I went to leave she put on a mask and pulled it to her chin not to cover her nose and mouth. This was my 1st time every shopping at Pandora Jewelry. Im not happy about this visit. This one person ruined the experience she made me feel she didn't care about herself or the customer. Most unprofessional young lady.

I wanted to peruse Pandora charms in person, but they were not on display in the store. The sales associate told me I had to give her a category and she could bring some out. When I asked to see multiple or all categories, she was not interested in showing them to me.
