When I walked in the store no one asked if I needed help. Two employees weren’t doing anything at all. One wasn’t wearing a mask. When the greeter asked one of them to help me, the employee said, “I’m going to get a cookie”. The employees were all over the place, unfriendly and not helpful. I would never recommend going to this Pandora location before. As the girl was checking me out, the one who was getting a “cookie” was having an entire conversation with her and wasn’t getting the proper help that I needed.

I came by this store on Monday. Unsure of the style of bracelet I advised I would have to come back by Wednesday. I was in uniform (Police) and the sales associate advised me I get 10% off for Law Enforcement. Nice I remarked. On Wednesday I returned. In uniform. A sales associate who was present during my first visit came out and said "you're back". I promptly selected my bracelet and was given a total. After she rang it up she charged my card. Full price. No 10% or any type of discount. Now, when I first came to the store I did not request a discount or even ask if one was offered. In my line of work that can looked as morally or ethically wrong. But this was an offer Pandora made to me. For whatever reason I did not get a discount. Maybe she forgot or maybe she has a dislike of police, I don't know nor do I care. What ever the discount was, 8 or 9 dollars tells me I am worth more than that. I will refrain fron visiting Pandora in the future. All you have at the end as a customer is to be TAKEN CARE OF. NEVER AGAIN!

Jewelry is NOT REAL to be soooo expensive. Thin and not durable. Cost too much. Options were not available at store location. Clerk did not know about jewelry. Could not answer most questions. Awful first time experience.

I wasn't greeted by anyone coming into the store asked the associate about a product she had attitude when asked to see charms she took one charm out a case to let me see instead of the whole selection to pick from.She didn't want to ring me up kept asking are you done looking yet haven't even been in the store ten minutes asked to see more charms to purchase was told they don't have any more when I'm looking at them overall I will never buy anything from this pandora store ever again I will go to other stores to spend my money

I am a long time customer of Pandora and for the first time attempted to exchange an item that was gifted to my daughter for a sweet-sixteen and was treated rudely and denied the return.

The sales girl had one of the biggest attitudes ever, to be in such a nice store. She was snappy and rolling eyes. She made our shopping experience for our 8 year old daughters first pandora horrible. Brianna who cleaned our jewelry was very NICE however.

I assume a associate by the name Ariel answered she said she had them even though I told her I had the items number. She laughed in the phone and said as long as you come to pick them up.
